Beats, Rhymes & Life + Native Tonques tribute by Leroy Rey
In the lead-up to PASS the Jazz, we’re screening the iconic documentary Beats, Rhymes & Life at Mavis. This film dives into the story of A Tribe Called Quest, one of hip-hop’s most groundbreaking and influential groups. After the screening, we’ll keep the vibe alive with a Native Tongues tribute (featuring music from Tribe, De La Soul, Jungle Brothers & more), with a special DJ set by Leroy Rey.
